THE SALES PROCESS, STEP BY STEP
1. Review of documentation
We review purchase agreements, title deeds, receipts and other documents for your home to make sure everything is correct and in order.
2. Free valuation of your home
We assess the market value of your home free of charge. You also receive valuable advice about what you can do to improve your chances of selling quickly and successfully.
3. We sign a brokerage agreement with you
The agreement sets out the terms governing how we will sell your property, including the price, transfer date and contract period.
4. Professional photographs sell
Good photographs are important for presenting your home, and our photographer takes care of that. Before the photo session, you receive advice about what you can do to improve the final result. We also produce a simple video presentation and a popular virtual tour of your home.
ERA Rayong is also certified to carry out drone photography. We use it when it improves the exposure of your property.
5. Well-written presentations increase interest
Your ERA property agent writes detailed sales descriptions for your home in Swedish, English and Thai. A good presentation makes it easier to sell.

8. You receive regular updates
Your ERA property agent regularly informs you about viewings, responses to advertising and comments from prospective buyers. We hold regular internal staff meetings to discuss marketing and pricing. If necessary, we review your house or apartment again and carry out a new valuation.
9. We sign the contract with the buyer
Your ERA property agent prepares the legal parts of the transaction and ensures that no questions remain before the transfer date. The buyer pays the deposit when the contract is signed.
10. We complete the transfer of ownership
We manage the purchase funds, documentation and practical work at the Land Office.
11. Payment of the purchase price
We save the most important part until last: transferring your purchase proceeds from ERA's client account to you as the seller.
