Suan Son

A much-loved beach for Thais and Swedes

Suan Son is an almost six-kilometre-long beach east of Ban Phe. It is known for the pine trees that form beautiful avenues along the road while offering welcome shade beside the sea.

There are many opportunities to eat well and affordably at the pleasant restaurants along the beach. They serve fresh and tasty fish and seafood, other Thai dishes and, in some places, western cuisine.

You will also find the usual mobile food stalls selling fruit, drinks and simple meals as they move along Suan Son.

Songtaew taxis continuously serve Suan Son Beach, making it easy to reach Ban Phe, Rayong City and the other nearby beaches.
